Q. How do you handle project management?
ANS: We follow standard SDLC for all our projects and we prepare detailed time plan to achieve the milestone (We use SCRUM). Kindly refer how we work section for details.
The timeline for projects are calculated after detailed consultations with you. After we receive the requirement from you, we create detailed proposal with module breakdown and estimate for each module. And based on this we will provide regular project updated and weekly review meetings over the phone.
Q. How do you ensure good project communication?
ANS: We are reachable 24x7 via EMAIL, IM (MSN, Skype, and Google-Talk) and Phone (US VOIP-646-233-3075).
Q. What are your working hours in GMT?
ANS: We work 10 to 7 India Standard time with is +5.30 GMT. We are roughly 10 hrs head of EST in the US.
Q. What development Platforms you use?

Q. Do you require an ongoing retainer or can you provide work for specific jobs as well?
ANS: Yes we work on fixed cost projects. The pricing for projects is calculated after detailed consultations with you. After we receive the requirement from you we create detailed proposal with module breakdown and estimate for each module. The pricing is then determined based on hourly estimate of the work in a very transparent process.
Q. Can you give me any more information on your rates?

Q. What are your payment terms?
ANS: • For projects values less than $1500 we charge 50% as advance and 50% at the end of the project after successful completion.
• For projects values greater than $1500 we charge 30% as advance and 40% at the BETA and 30% at end of the project after successful completion.
• For very large projects with durations greater than 6 months we create custom payment schedules based on project milestones.
Q How is payment typically arranged (Paypal, credit card, etc)?
ANS: We accept payment via wire transfer as the primary mode, Check payment as alternate mode, Paypal payment only in case of very small projects and maintenance related work.
Questions on Dedicated Teams:
Q. Do you have a minimum number of hours for a retainer agreement for Dedicated Teams?
ANS: Yes we need minimum 120 hrs for the retainer arrangement where we will assign you a dedicated resource and you can have direct line of communication with the resource. Working as a extension of your team this resource will work adhering to work schedules and deadlines assigned by you.
Q. Would I be working with a specific person at your firm or will there be various people assigned to any particular job?
ANS: Yes in the retainer ship arrangement we will assign a dedicated resource to you. We can also pull in specific resources for short durations if small but essential tech support is required (e.g action script or Ajax or database)
